FLOATING is a new method created by Gopal where the participants experience profound changes in their attachment patterns. It is condensed to the essentials and leads directly to the core of our relationship problems in a safe way. FLOATING does not require accessing life details, such as past experiences, and does not deal with the future.

The practical approach is similar to Family Constellations, but has fundamental differences:

* Although every participant’s concern sounds unique, the core issue is always the same: attachment
* No externalization with representatives is necessary
* The work takes place only with people who are physically present
* Everything is resolved directly, in the here and now
* It is only about sharing, not about problem solving
