We are breaking away from war and creating a new world

While the current rulers and their media continue to go crazy and reveal their true colors, the entire normal population, the ordinary people who just want to live and work in peace and quiet, are struggling to find a way to unite and put an end to this madness. But the question is how? What can the individual do, what can we do?

We can only bring about change on a large scale together, only together. But the question that people are asking themselves is, how can we make this happen? The answer is that change does *not* happen on the external level. People have been trying to do this for centuries, if not longer… New political systems, new laws, new groups, new projects, new peace movements, new technological inventions, etc.

However, the path that leads unerringly to a better, more beautiful, more healing world is to become *aware* of what happens in the encounters between us humans! What happens in me when I meet another person? How can I bring what is happening inside me into communication? How can conflicts and unspoken issues be communicated in a way that leads to more closeness instead of war or withdrawal? These are the crucial questions, and not how we fuel wars with even more weapons.

In „Sunday with Gopal” we practice exactly this, looking more and more at what is happening within us, what unresolved issues arise and how we can deal with them in such a way that peace emerges. Every conflict is always based on an unspoken need from childhood. As there is no longer a cause for this on the outside, the distress cannot be resolved through the outside. The distress within us can only be transformed through sharing and dialogue, then we wake up and realize that there has never been such a thing as enemies and that we have always been one human family.
